Jarred helped my wife and I buy our first home that we unexpectedly put under agreement quickly and needed to scramble on- he knocked it out of the park and in record time. Im a Realtor that has sent countless buyers Jarreds way knowing my buyers were in good hands, and he continued to prove what I already knew. We hit a few bumps as most deals do, but they were problems that were easily and quickly resolved by Jarred and his team. Being in the business I know that there are an infinite amount of lenders you can work with, but I can say without hesitation that Jarred and his team are the absolute best out there!

I would highly recommend working with Jarred from CMG Loans! From start to finish Jarred communicated with us about next steps and answered all of our questions thoroughly. While working with Jarred we had zero delays and he always made sure we were on track. He stepped up for us and spoke with other parties involved on our behalf to help move the process along smoothly. He truly made every effort to help us close on our new house and we couldnt be more grateful for his work ethic and dedication that made all the difference! We will never work with anyone else!

Jarred just made the process so easy. From pre-approval through closing my wife and I were always confident things were progressing as they should've been and this was accomplished through Jarred informing and educating us every step of they way. Once we had our accepted offer before we even knew it we were basically ready to close, weeks early, and we were able to remain in the position of power in our transaction. Just an A++ experience all around.
