I still can't believe I'm in my very own home now , it's been a year and a half and I'm loving every minute of it. I am paying hundreds of dollars a month less for mortgage than I was paying for rent! I really appreciate the dedicated staff at Guaranteed Rate, I was helped at every step by conscientious, dedicated and knowledgeable experts.
