We worked with Kyle to buy our first ever home! Kyle was a great asset to have on our side. He is very knowledgeable and had answers to almost all of our questions. If he didnt already have an answer (which was rare) he followed up immediately! This was super helpful because buying a home is stressful already, and being first timers, we really didnt know much. Once we were in the submitting offer phase of our home buying journey, Kyle was a big help in showing us what our options were and the pros and cons of different offers we could make. He also was a big advocate for us when dealing with competing offers. All and all, Kyle was on top of everything and made this process so easy. We are really grateful that we got to work with him!
