Dear Holly Parham,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit to Wahlburgers. It deeply saddens us that you gave us a one-star review. We want to assure you that we do indeed offer burgers on our menu. However, on March 16, the day of your visit, we encountered unforeseen technical difficulties with our flat grill, which prevented us from preparing our signature burgers. Unfortunately, these circumstances were beyond our control; they do not define the service provided by our staff, as the malfunction occurred unexpectedly on the weekend. While we await the maintenance team to repair and replace the equipment, we have made alternative arrangements to continue serving our customers. Among our available options is our crispy chicken, which is cooked using different equipment and accompanied by a variety of sides. We understand your disappointment and frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. It's our priority to provide the best dining experience possible, and we hope for the opportunity to serve you again under more favorable circumstances. In the meantime, we have another Wahlburgers unit opened at Boston Logan Airport located in Terminal C.Sincerely,
