My girlfriend and I were introduced to Jess from a friend of a friend when we wanted to start our house search. We started to talk to Jess before we wanted to seriously look after our lease ended. Jess provided us helpful first time home buyer guides and recommendations for mortgage loans and other contacts we would need. With the rates going up, we wanted to wait and see how the market would shift and Jess didn't pressure us to rush and buy any property that fit our budget. A few months later we started to see houses we wanted to put offers for. Jess was very responsive, even on weekends, and was able to quickly contact the seller's realtor with our offer. We had our third offer accepted and were able to close in a month!
