I highly recommend Jess if you are seeking new tenants for your rental unit. Jess took care of all the details of listing my property in a timely and efficient manner. I paid no fees for her service. There were a number of parties interested and she guided me to the ones who would likely stay in place the longest (which was my preference), and would be most reliable. She made sure to do all background checks and I couldnt be happier with the couple who ultimately become my new tenants. In the 6 months since my tenants have moved in, I can confirm these are dreamy tenants who I hope will stay as long as I own the condo. They lay their rent on time and keep in touch whenever there is anything to communicate, including getting mail addressed to me. Jess took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for in long term teenants. Do yourself a favor and work with Jess. She is the best!
