This all started out with a man named Ed. My husband John and I we're seeking a realtor to list our condo. We came across Ed Keefe and the story began. Ed became a good friend to us both, almost like a family member. That's how close Ed works with people. Ed is not like an average realtor; he is real and down to earth, but still very professional and knowledgeable about all your real estate needs. He helped assist us in our selling of our condo and was very helpful on our buying process as well. After the sale of our condo we still remain in contact. Ed Keefe is an outstanding agent, who really respects the clients wishes and works with you every step of the way. Ed was extraordinary to work with. He knew the market, advised us every of the way. Ed responded to every phone call and kept us in the loop at all times. This was our 6th real estate transaction oer the years and Ed was by far the best agent we have every dealt with.

Ed was amazing. We had to quickly sell my fathers property which was in no condition to sell. Not only was Ed able to get a better price than we anticipated, he also sold iit on the first day it was put on the market. This was a trying time for me and my family and Ed made it so easy and took care of everything. We are so thankful we went with Ed Keefe. We had never sold a home before and hadnt a clue what this entailed. Ed made the process run so smoothly so we were able to focus on my fathers medical care. Ed will go far in real estate. He works hard and knows how to market and follow through with a sale. Hes an excellent communicator and a true professional.

First and Foremost, Ed was very quick with email responses and showed us he had a high comfort level with using various ways to communicate like email, text, call. Ed was also very descriptive in the ways he would market our home, not just doing the basics as a List Agent but taking a more aggressive and innovative marketing approach. Choosing a List Agent who would actively work hard to sell the home was most important to us. Ed had our house under agreement in less than one week which I attribute to HIS efforts, 100%. It took us several months to close, but that was at no fault of his and the fact that he was able to help us hold the deal together for that long was amazing and very much appreciated by us. Ed went above and beyond several times throughout this process, right down to the very last minute and day of closing. Our situation was unique; Ed not only had to be the intermediary for his clients (us, the sellers) but also worked with the buyers and our tenants. His ability to communicate at various levels, from various perspectives, and deesclate when needed (and it was absolutely needed), is a must have when dealing with people and emotions, and Ed excelled at it. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in MA & CT myself, Ed went above and beyond and really invested his time and money to ensure we received not only multiple offers in less than one week on the market, but very solid and good offer amounts. I would recommend him and certainly use him again, and would love to clone him if I still had my own agency. Ed did not force his preference on us, he worked with us and within our comfort level. I cannot express enough my appreciation for Ed's work style and abilities, from the very start with the marker comps, before we decided to list with him, up to the very end on closing day.
