Not until after I had expressed what I was looking for, picked a style, chose a size, tried it on and was told the colors I liked were in stock in my size and started the checkout process did the sales guy tell me that the items would be shipped in 2 to 4 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after that. This store does not stock anything to sell to you on the spot, its just a dressing room for their on-line business. Thats cool. Just tell me that when I walk in so I dont spend 15 minutes shopping for something I want to wear tomorrow. Nice goods. Poor customer experience..

I can't rave enough about my experience. I generally HATE shopping for clothes because I have unusual dimensions that make it so almost nothing fits off the rack without alteration. But my experience here was unusually amazing. Maria Morales and Sung Hee Lee spent 45 minutes with me trying on every variety of clothing in the store, all the while being encouraging about different types of styles and offering positive, nudging advice on what looks good. Their patience and positivity is really staggering. And not to mention the clothes look GOOD and fit well. They tapered well to my sides and allowed a lot of stretch and breathability in the chest. Manager Soonia Loum was also fantastic and honored a discount that took some doing, but she was happy to help. Every guide in this store gets a 10 from me. Patience, advice, good vibes, and they make it EASY for you.

I walked into Bonobos, never knowing about this company, looking for a complete wardrobe change. Destiny C. walked me through all the clothing styles, fabrics and color options. Destiny gave me a fitting and told me things about styling that I never knew! I was so happy with the choices that Destiny picked for me that I had to get on Google and write a review. Clothes have never fit me this good! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I left the store as a huge Bonobos fan and now I know so much more about clothes, styles, fitting, and textures.
