        Do not leave patient alone while on 8 North. Loved one came out of this floor not the same as when brought to ER. When not there, Loved One (LO) was treated aggressively at somepoint during the day of 04.03.24 . Sent to an outside facility for Rehab and no notes to transferring facility, no communication to hands on family members, no explanation for injuries.

        I have years and years of experience as a patient here. Tuts dental school. 5+! Great service ! But but but .This is the "ONLY" cheaper dental option in Boston ashamedly. American dental is expensive. Somehow this is a college niche, and Boston folks gain as a result Tufts dental is absolutely worth the time Be prepared to schedule extra time and visits to get things done.

        I been calling into pediatric for two days several times - been waiting over 20-30 mins each time to be connecting to a representative and no one has picked up. Is it not possible to schedule a check up for my 1.5 year old son? Are you short staffed? Get it together. This is so unprofessional
