        No follow up very poor care overall in general, inexperienced nurse practitioners that have only been practicing for one year or less. No real knowledge regarding psycho-pharmacology. Would NOT recommend . If you need psychiatric help go to the REAL experts- go to Mc Lean Hospital outptient( they know what they are doing and they have excellent outpatient programs. ( MGH does not) They have basic knowledge and knowledge and care is very limited. The Nurse Practitioner at the TOPS program ( outpatient Psychiatry is nasty) No need to treat patients like this.. no need at all. If you don't like your job, then you need to find another field to go into.. sorry but I need to be honest. Patients deserve better care. Do your research it is well worth it.
