I had a very hard time scheduling an appointment. Maybe it was because I was using a Groupon. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment, I got a text 20 mins before saying they had to cancel but I was already on my way. The following week, they rescheduled me, only for me to show up and the doors locked and no one answered my calls. I stood outside for about 20 mins before leaving and never hearing back. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but I found this business very difficult to work with.

I had an amazing experience here!! Doila did my facial and I honestly didnt want it to end. She explained what she did and was very gentle. She was very professional and communicated clearly. Loved it!! Highly recommended!

I had an overall very terrible experience with this spa. I used Groupon and had to call to make my appointment. It took me 6 months to get them on the phone and they told me they'd call me back to confirm a time (never did). Eventually, i booked online even though it asked me to put down my credit card information. I arrive at the location and there's no one at the front desk. I walk around and call and no one responds. Eventually I walk downstairs and the woman meets me and says she's double booked for the time that I booked online. I had to wait 2 hours to get an appointment with her. Numerous times I told her to cancel my credit card so they don't charge me because I used Groupon and she told me that they would not charge me. I recently found out that they did in fact charge me and now I have to dispute it with my company. Worst experience ever!
