This location was the deciding factor in me canceling my membership. Ive been a member of massage envy for many years, was going to their Medford location the last two. Since it recently closed, I thought to give this location a chance, even though it was out of the way. I wont provide names out of consideration but both of my sessions were some of the worst Ive ever had. The massage therapist talked (loudly) almost the entire time, making it impossible to relax, even though I mentioned this was my primary purpose for the visit. The esthetician did the absolute bare minimum, put the product on my face then had me lay there for about twenty minutes. Did not provide one single extraction, did not provide a short shoulder/neck massage; which is always provided to continue your relaxation throughout the service. They could have been on their phone the entire time, for all I knew? If this review saves at least one person their time and money by avoiding it, then it was worth writing.
