Elite Limo

Elite is an excellent car service. My daughter was coming into Logan after a very long flight and it was too late for a connecting flight or ferry to Ptown. She did not need a car while staying on the cape, she just needed to get there. Elite was the cheapest way to do this. Arrangements were easy to make by phone and the door to door service was on time with a careful driver. I would definitely would recommend this service.

We had a great time. Our tour guide gave us great information about the history in Boston. He was friendly and fun. A great way to see a new city in 2 days.

My son had his prom, May 17, 2019. The driver showed up EARLY, which was wonderful because we were able to take pictures before he left. The driver smiled and had a great attitude!! The Mercedes was clean outside and inside. My son arrived to prom safely and on time.... YAY! While my son was enjoying himself at prom. The owner called and asked if I wanted to upgrade his vehicle/free of charge.... A PORSCHE!! OF COUSE, I SAID....YES!! It was the BEST SURPRISE After the prom....The owner rode them around town and took them out to eat (WOW!!). Drove his date home and brought my son safely home. We/my son had a GREAT EXPERIENCE and I DEFINITELY will rent again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Paid over $200 for round-trip private SUV from Logan to Back Bay hotel. Provided my flight information and was supposed to be contacted by them to coordinate pick-up time/spot - was not contacted. I called them and was hung up on 3 times by people that may not have understood English. When they finally showed up, it was an old mini-van - not what we were expecting. When I called them the day before departure to coordinate pick-up at the hotel to take us back to Logan, I was told that I had only paid for a one-way trip - even though all of my documents clearly stated it was round-trip. After spending well over an hour on the phone and getting nowhere I gave up and we took the Logan Express bus for $3 per person - this was fast, easy, cheap, and a much better experience than the old mini-van. Come to find out you can take the same bus at no-charge from Logan into Boston. If you want a private car - I do not recommend using Elite Limo.
