Great customer service, super knowledgeable! Purchased our wedding bands and had multiple items restored here (watches, bracelets, earrings) each piece came out better than expected! Vanessa is wonderful and we will be using longs as our Jeweler moving forward!

Sarah was a delight. Despite having had left a watch for cleaning and repair pre-pandemic, and the downtown store being extremely busy, she was able to locate and properly activate my watch. I will not hesitate to call upon Long's. Thank you Sarah

I can't believe I've lived in Massachusetts for 30 years, and had not discovered this place! The friendliest people, and the most beautiful stock! Vanessa and the whole team treated me so well that I am now truly hooked! Thanks!

Probably the most rude Rolex Jeweller in the whole of USA. Advertised as the biggest, but biggest does not mean best. Rude service. I own 3 Rolexes and felt this jeweller provided the most negative Rolex Experience, i have witnessed. Ultimately Rolex Corporation is responsible for promoting such negative experiences. Visited the store twice and got the same rude experience from unprofessional sales rep. Surprised why Rolex allows this to occur. A rolex experience is supposed to be luxurious, however the Rolex experience here is worst than a cheap used car sales dealership. Get your act together Rolex

My wife and I were referred by David to speak with Vanessa to look at wedding rings. What a pleasure it was Vanessa was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share her expertise with us as we browsed. When my wife put on the one that, as she said, literally made my heart skip a beat", I felt nothing but gratitude to both Vanessa and the whole Long's Jewelers staff as we made our purchase.
