This is worst untrustworthy place to get financial advice. I was a novice investor and I was misled to take investment that was not favorable to my financial needs and I couldnt get out at all due to hardship. They did not help afterwards as well. They ignore you and No updates and communications back from advisor: Harrison Voloshin, CEO: Abby Johnson and Western & southern financial group CEO and team. They know act fake like they care and but they just want your service and ruin your life.

Ive been with Fidelity for over 30 years and am immensely pleased both with how my accounts are handled and with the exceptional quality of the Fidelity staff - in particular, Meredith Lopez and her team.

I am using fidelity many years for my retirement accounts. Now I need to use the money for my closing day. They told me could not give me my money directly. will mail a check to my home address. I waited and waited, called many times, every time they asked me to wait 7-10 business day. I waited after 17 days, more than 10 business days now, they asked me to keep waiting. They did not want to give you tracking number of the mail. I said how your proof you mailed out, that is a big mount money. They said show on their website which day mailed. but no one told you from which branches mailed and which post office, tracking number. after that they said the reason is the post office delay. If you do not have tracking number, how you can say it is the post office wrong? I said you do not care customer, the manager said: right!! -------How crazy!! I maybe lost the closing day. never ever see this kind of manage of server.

I have been using Fidelity for about a year and had previously been happy with their service until today. This morning I purchased a foreign stock via the Fidelity iPhone app, but after my purchase several $50 charges came through. I called Fidelity (talked to 2 different reps) to see why I wasnt alerted of these fees before my purchase. They looked into it and confirmed that their website offers an alert of these fees before purchase, however their iPhone app does not. Their solution was for me to call Fidelity on their recorded phone line every time I purchase a foreign stock to see if there is a fee associated with that stock. I asked them to verbally confirm that was their solution (because I cant imagine anyone doing that). They back tracked, and said although their website fee alert is better, the iPhone app does have a disclosure of sorts and theres nothing they can do about the fees. Im very hesitant to keep putting money into this company, especially via an app that they admit doesnt have the fee alerts they think it should have.
