Kevin has always been very responsive and thorough. Kevin has been my insurance agent for over 20 years and I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Kevin at K.D. Hicks is a great insurance agent. Hes personable, he saved us money on our policy, and hes easy to reach. We just needed an updated form filled out last minute, and he answered the phone right away and stayed at work late to get it to us. He really went above and beyond. I hope we never have an incident that requires us to need our insurance, but its reassuring to know that if something happens, I will be able to reach a person, Kevin, and not some automated system. In todays world, everything is online, but having a local insurance agent is really nice (and doesnt cost extra).

Very bed experience. Requested simple home insurance quotation. Got nothing in return. Obviously the company is not interest in new clients, so just say it. Instead tons of questions and empty promise to provide a quotation. Stay away from this agency as far as possible.
