        No internet. No shades on bedroom window. Toilet continuously running. Lightbulbs burned out. TV doesn't work. Coffee machine broken. As best I can tell since the pandemic they stopped maintaining these apartments entirely and customer service has provided no solutions for over a day before I had to book a second place to stay.

        The rooms are a mess and in disrepair. When you try to reach someone to get it fixed, they are completely unresponsive. Not sure how they're still in business, this company is a joke.

        Great location and convenient having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms as well as a parking spot. I didnt use customer service very much, but I received several check in texts from the staff making sure my visit was going well.  Condo was modern and had everything you would ever need
