        This company, and others like it, are a leading contributor to the opioid pandemic in this country. CMS requires satisfaction surveys that it ties to health care reimbursement based on scores. Pain control is a required question on every survey. Providers are coerced into prescribing unnecessary narcotics in fear of poor surveys. Patients that do not want drugs are talked into them by providers, again, in fear that they may give a bad survey result.

        These people gained my contact info thru my health records, i asked them repeatedly not to contact me for their surverys and to delete my info. Still to this day still calling me, very unprofessional company, i suggest going elsewhere.
