Awful experience. Extremely overpriced and very poor service. Was double booked for a service and was told we could achieve my desired look if we did this. I left with orange hair and terribly blended roots that I could have done better myself at home. Tried to contact them after the fact and was unable to receive any sort of response. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.

Claira & Bella were absolutely amazing. They listened to me and helped me achieve my dream hair!!! I felt so beautiful leaving the salon and because of them I feel so confident. They were also super friendly and made my experience so positive. Thank you both so much!!!!

It was my first time here today and it was an excellent experience. From the greeting, to a warm coffee handed to me, to a head massage during the wash, to the haircut, everyone was so welcoming and professional. Alessandra really listened to what I was looking for and delivered! Would recommend and will return for my next haircut. Thanks for having me!

Been struggling to find hair salons that understand what I want my hair color to look like until I found spoke & weal. Elyse is truly amazing! Ive gone twice and left satisfied every time. Also appreciate how theres one price for custom color that usually doesnt change regardless of what you want to do (unless it takes too long apparently, which mine never has). Not cheap but overall reasonable prices for Boston and very high quality results. Theyre surprisingly very adept with Asian hair (and very dark hair)!
