S A S Salon

This was my first experience at S.A.S. Salon and it was extraordinary. I have patronized top salons in NYC to trendy salons in LA and I have never been so impressed. If I could give S.A.S. Salon more than 5 stars I would. Sahara is a gifted artist and genuinely beautiful person. She took the time to really get to know me and my hair goals. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and it shows. Sahara took my brassy blonde over-processed brittle hair and transformed it into the soft baby blonde I asked for. She also restored my hairs health and shine with an amazing protein treatment and cut. I love that she only uses top quality products and tools. It was also refreshing not to be pressured into purchasing extra services or products. I can't imagine ever going to another salon.

I cannot recommend a hair stylist more! I have nothing but nice things to say about Sahara. She has been doing my hair for almost 4 year now and I really feel like I am part of her family. I have very difficult, curly hair and Keratin does not work on my hair. A few years ago Sahara recommended the ProAddiction treatment and my hair has never looked better. It lasts for months and is finally the naturally wavy look I want! In addition, her color is amazing. I can go an entire year with a balayage color and it will always look flawless. If you can get an appointment (she is a hot ticket), you must go to Sahara. She really is one of a kind.

During this quarantine, my hair has been in need of some TLC. As soon as possible, I scheduled for a haircut with Sahara. I've been a client for nearly 5 years, and there's no one else I'd trust my hair with. Getting my haircut during a pandemic had me feeling nervous, but I was so impressed by Sahara's firm safety regulations, and attention to cleanliness. The entire boutique salon was disinfected before I arrived (she was just finishing up the floor bleach clean when I entered). We both kept our masks on the entire appointment, and Sahara clearly stated what safety precautions we would both be expected to take before I even stepped foot in her salon (masks, avoid touching face, hand sanitizing, etc.) Focusing less on the pandemic, I should add that Sahara is one of the warmest and kind hearted hair dressers around. Her salon is filled with positivity, trust, and happiness. She is professional, and gives every client their dream hair experience... so much so that we don't want to leave! I knew I wanted to see her during this pandemic because of her skill, her safety, and her long lasting cuts!
