It is important in professional world to respect someones time and inform people in advance if one cant keep appointments. I came on time for my appointment from far away, waited for 10 mins but then was told that someone else who came without appointment before me needs more time for the treatment and I was asked to reschedule to another day. Sorry not ok.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the services I received at your salon recently. I had booked a leg wax, lash lift, and lash tint, and I must say that the experience fell far below my expectations. Firstly, the leg waxing was a complete letdown. Despite spending an hour on the treatment, I saw no significant hair removal. This was not only time-consuming but also frustrating, as I now need to seek another salon to rectify the situation. The technician mentioned she had used the wrong wax and proceeded to get the correct one but due to time constraints, i couldn't be there for another hour. Moreover, the lash lift failed to produce the desired effect. My lashes remain disappointingly uncurled, which is quite disheartening considering the cost of the treatment. I was particularly dissatisfied with the outcome and I have had many lash lifts from a variety of salons in the past. I must acknowledge that the lash tint was the only redeeming aspect of my visit. The tinting was well-executed, and I was satisfied with the result. I appreciate that, after raising my concerns about the leg wax, the technician offered a discount. However, I must assert that the quality of service should have been such that no compensation was necessary. Having invested a substantial amount of money in these treatments, I find myself in the unfortunate position of needing to seek corrective services elsewhere. This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and that steps will be taken to rectify the quality of services offered at your establishment.
