        My review is for corporate and not for the actual branch. I have a car with santander as the loan officer. This is my second time having a car note in my life but this is my first 2 months with this particular company. the CSR are extremely rude. I have never had a hard time with my payments ever. yet my first month I had to pay 3 payments and now my second month 2 payments. SMH their reasoning is "you can't pay in advance".

        Santander bank is the absolute worst experience I’ve had. They decline charges due to “lots of network updates”, they had an issue with their system which stopped direct deposit from occurring for 3 days!!! They also constantly charge maintenance fees which we need to go into the office weekly to reverse. The people at the bank are nice, but this bank is crooked. Avoid avoid avoid
