Very good fast and professional was very happy with experience there I had an appointment for 3:30 was out of there by 4 pm the worker at service booth 25 was right on I went to the one in Revere mass to years ago totally a bad experience the security guard at the door was extremely rude if you can go to the hey market one Revere could learn from them thank you heymarket location for your interest and professionism

The RMV NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONETHey are the ONLY OFFICE STILL CLOSED FROM COVID WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS OPEN FOR BUISNESS. IT ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON LINE TO DO ANY BUISNESS WITH THE RMV AND THERE'S PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER OR A SMART PHONE OR DON'T KNOW HOW TO EVEN USE A COMPUTER AND THEY TRY CALLING THE RMV AND THE RMV NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. SO BY THE TIME YOU DO GET AN APPOINTMENT THE RMV STATES ITS TOO LATE BECAUSE YOU HAD SO MANY DAYS TO APPEAL OR ETC.

They are just wasting your time, they are rude, Literally dont care about customers If you schedule appointments, they will waste your time and say you need to reschedule it, If their system is down then they should informed us via email or SMS.Theyve wasted my precious time Never go there
