    Bathroom is "out of service" more than a month. It's a lack of respect with clients, specially us who relies on this gas station as a pit stop.

    I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for over 25 years, but my recent experience left me utterly disappointed. This morning, as I attempted to pump gas amidst freezing temperatures and a foot of snow, I encountered a malfunctioning machine that wouldnt accept my zip code. Frustrated but hopeful for a solution, I entered the store to ask for assistance. To my dismay, instead of receiving help, I was met with hostility from the attendant. Despite my polite inquiry about inputting the zip code manually from her end due to the machines malfunction, she responded with unnecessary yelling and a dismissive attitude. Her refusal to provide even basic assistance was bewildering and disrespectful. Furthermore, this incident is not an isolated one. Over the past six months, the gas station consistently fails to stock paper for receipts, forcing customers like myself to repeatedly ask for receipts inside. Each time I inquire about the paper shortage, I am met with the excuse that they are working on it, yet no tangible progress is ever made. The culmination of these experiences has led me to the conclusion that I will never patronize this establishment again. The lack of basic customer service, coupled with ongoing issues with equipment maintenance, makes it abundantly clear that this gas station does not value its customers. I urge others to avoid this establishment and seek service elsewhere.
