Phu is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had my laptop keyboard and battery changed. He was thorough and thoughtful. He stayed an extra hour to work on my laptop given my time constraint. A side issue came up after repair, but he made himself available on a holiday to fix it. Overall, very good technical support and WONDERFUL customer service.
