        Wonderful little coffee shop, roasting their own beans. They have teas and other products as well. The muffins are delicious!

        Flat Black Coffee is charming and has excellent coffee! Their espresso blend is flavorful and was perfectly extracted. Seating is fairly limited, but never seemed to be an issue on a Friday morning. There were 2-3 seats open at a time inside, outside tables were mostly empty since it's a bit chillier right now. 2 hour street parking is available. There was limited availability, but I managed to find a spot. The staff is really friendly and has clearly built a strong rapport with their locale! Parking: 2 hour limit
