As a recent former employee at this location its disappointing to see how many staff are leaving their jobs here due to the temporary / new management. Within the past few months they have created and fostered an exceptionally tense environment not only for employees, but for customers as well. Between their lack of communication, blatant condescension, forgetting to schedule partners for weeks at a time without notice, racism, discrimination against the unhoused, etc. our home staff have been beyond fed up. Its unfortunate that the company would rather lose so many dependable employees rather than redirecting awful management. We loved our jobs until they made it feel miserable to come into work and intolerable to stay while we were there.

I used to come here all the time, Im not sure whats been happening these past couple of months, there are so many new people who dont know wth they are doing, and why are the managers so rude to their workers? what happened??!!!
