I am so unsatisfied with their services. They made it way worst. The stain is still there. The floor was soaked and smelled bad. It took more than a day to dry. Now the floor doesnt feel the same anymore. My carpet feels really hard now. They told me they used recommended products from Home Depot. So unprofessional. I do not recommend them. They are also trying to lie in their response to this review. Dont believe them.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service . They are the worst. Two guys come but one of them doesnt do much. One guy put that heavy machine upstairs by himself and banged it on my quarter landing, chipping off the edge of a brand new staircase. Had told them to be careful multiple times but no regard whatsoever. Stay away!

Reginald and his team did a phenomenal job cleaning our sofa sectional. They were incredibly responsive, had a quick turn around time, and were remarkably professional. They were able to get out a super stubborn stain whose origins I cannot explain, going the extra step of removing the cover to clean off the bottom layer. Im thrilled to have a couch like new again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Reginald and team in the future. Thank you!! Service: Upholstery cleaning
