MacDonald's Chimney Sweep

I am local to this company amd I hired them for a new chimney about 8 years ago. I thought it was done correctly until now. I have to replacement my roof and the roofer told me that the first few rows have no mortor in between the bricks. I guess I wouldn't see that from the street. I've tried to call them over a couple of weeks and NO one will return my call.... I know it's been over 8 years but I guess they dont stand behind their work..

Came and cleaned the chimney which cost $250 which is a decent value. However my chimney needs a lot more work, and after following up numerous times for estimate and work required. I was not given any response, it appears they do not want my business. Now the initial cost is wasted as I need another company to come do another inspection and assessment which will also cost $200.

We had a chimney rebuilt and it looks great. They worked with us on scheduling, showed up as promised, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
