    Definitely one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had thanks to Assistant Manager Branden! He was super friendly and was able to get me into my rental very quickly so I can start my 7 hour trip. Highly recommend this location and I will be back.

    Enterprise rent a car manager, Camino, is a liar. Saturday Enterprise, Boston, close at 12pm, I called to confirm my reservation, got encouraged to pick up car as early as possible rather than 11:30am. So I did at 9:30am before having breakfast at Marriott hotel which is 2 minutes away from Prudential Center garage, got charged 2 extra hours of rental. Manager on duty was CAMINO, he said Brandon is his assistant & whatever he told me DO NOT COUNT. 3 PROBLEMS I HAVE WITH CAMINO, I THINK DUE TO HIS MANAGEMENT of this location, this place got BAD REPUTATION & gave BAD SERVICE to public. 1. 9/7/2020 is a legal holiday, Enterprise not open. Camino said will change my pick up time to 11:30am on 9/6 & send me an email confirmation. I never received. 2. He THREATENED on the phone if car doesnt return next day BY 11:30am, will charge me 2 days car rental and there will be attendant check in cars on site on legal holiday. ANOTHER LYING. I had school registration between 10:30am to 11:30am at NorthEastern University and to move in my furnitures into dorm, the move was Horrified because I was afraid that Enterprise will charge additional fees if car doesnt return before 11:30am. Under pressure I had car returned timely, BUT REALIZE NO ONE WORK IN LOT DURING LEGAL HOLIDAY. CAMINO SHOULD NOT SCARED CONSUMER LIKE THAT, TO GET PEOPLE INTO HEART ATTACKS. IF Im in corporate management, would FIRE CAMINO due to lack of professionalism & use wrong tactics to force consumers returns car. 3. He did not back up his own staff. Brandon was nice over the phone & gentle in give me leeway to return car in case there are delay in school check in (+ 1 hour no problem). NOT ONLY CAMINO DISCREDITED HIS OWN STAFF / co-worker BUT INCREASE STRESS ON ME, EVEN DURING PANDEMIC. Life is short, it is so un-necessary to add more stress on other people, SPECIALLY FROM A LIAR working for Enterprise. Totally damaged enterprise reputation.

    Disappointing experience. I was a regular customer at this location and get an employee discount through my institution. I arrived at 10AM to find a shut door and dimly lit office with a single employee, Olivia, who ignored me for 5-10 minutes before finally getting off her computer and coming over. No discussion of car choices or upgrades. She points me to the car - crammed in the middle of other cars, hands me the keys, and left. I had to carefully maneuver my car out of the space before doing my own walk-around, fuel level check, and other adjustments. It was extremely off-putting. Previous experiences at this location had been very positive... not sure if the pandemic has caused them to be short-staffed. I would recommend those seeking to rent from this Enterprise location to brace for poor/chilly reception until things return to normal.

    I usually and what I did was extend my rental agreement for a week for 4 weeks. I called every week and they charged my card every week (I have my call logs). And I was charged when I brought my car back on the 4th week (when I brought the car back!) the last day over and 1500 dollars. I returned my car on the 7th of August and they charged my card a few days later.. Double billing me! I'm told it's nothing they can do about this.. My account is negative 1500 and I'm currently working with a lawyer. First Nobody can assist me as they tell me because the manager won't be in until tomorrow or Friday. This is bad service, I never had a problem until now. I been renting for over a year. I have all of my receipts from all 4 weeks again, I rent weekly my call logs shows when I called to extend my rental agreement.
