        We were reserved a car at the Revere Hotel location. Our train was lasted from NYC and we contacted the national number to let them know we were delayed. The phone rep said they would let the branch manager know and he would contact us and arrange a way for us to pick up the car. When we got to the location it was closed. We called this morning to get our car and the branch manager Wes not helpful and said it was rented and we were out of luck. was closed.
