        They always delay in shipping Mail orders. I always tell them my mum's medication is Mail-order and not pickup. They will always call to tell me to pick up. I have told them countless of time to change to MAIL- ORDER in their system to no avail. Due to this my mum will be out of some medication for some days. I don't know if this is incompetent or what.

        Went to Enterprise Car Rental. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Efficient and professional. There was a spot of confusion about the reservation which may or may not have been thier fault but overall a good experience on what had the possibility of being a terrible day.
