        I got a perm here a few weeks ago. The perm itself is oka lot of maintenance to maintain the curls. The first time I washed my hair, it was already starting to straighten out unless I put a ton of product, scrunched my hair and blow dried it. As for the process itself, my entire back, pants and bottom were soaked from the washing. I was very uncomfortable and cold for many hours. After the perm was complete, I was told that I would be getting a trim. However, was not informed until after that it would be an extra $75 just to cut off dead endsa job that took only 10 minutes at most! In the end, I paid >$500 for a lousy experience and a ton of maintenance.
