Very rude people. They didnt want to talk to me because my Spanish isnt good. They hung up the phone multiple times. Do not go here.

Customer service is an unknown here. I was greeted casually by an employee whom seemed to be the owner. There was a non stop conversation among the two employees, and a third one that later joined, across the salon. What I am the most upset about is my experience under the hooded dryer. Not once was I asked if the temperature was okay and the in going conversation made it difficult to say something to them. Usually it gets hot under the hooded dryer, especially with the metal hair pins, but it got to a point where it was unbearable. I interrupted them and asked for the temperature to be lowered. Instead of asking if it was too hot, one of the employees made a comment to whom I assume is the owner that if its lowered it will take longer. I said that was fine. The rest of the interaction went well. When I got home I noticed I had multiple irritated/burn areas of my scalp. Some were right on the front of my hair line, so it was visible to them. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this hair salon.
