        I called Montebello to schedule a color and cut. They told me that I didnt need to schedule an appointment because they accept walk ins. I then asked what would be a good time to come in they told me 1pm.I show up at 1 thinking it would talk an hour at most to be seen, I was there for 3 hours!!!! I refused to stay any longer and walked out the door. I know I was a walk in but waiting that long is poor customer service and they didnt even communicate with me as I was waiting. If you go to this place you need to schedule an appointment even if they tell you they do walk ins because youll be waiting there forever. Service: Haircut
