I worked with Nicole Verbeek on the Kohler fixtures for 5 bathrooms in a new build. She was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and patient and made the process so much easier than if I had done this on my own. I highly recommend using Nicole for her friendly and excellent customer service!

First and foremost, it was a pleasure working with Hafsat Ibrahim to review the products and discuss our plans for our bathroom remodel! I was nervous going to a showroom for such a high-end brand, but she and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful and friendly. There were a few niche products on my shopping list that weren't available to view in-person, but overall the store had a huge selection on display, and there's even an area where you can feel the water spray from a bunch of their popular showerheads and handshowers. To top it off, while the location is a bit far out there in the Seaport, they have a small parking lot that always had spots available (as well as T access via a nearby Silver Line stop)!
