        I wouldnt trust them with any substantial amount of money. I thought the superviser, Shalima, was as unprofessional and arrogant as it comes, and by far the worst from what I encountered in consumer banking. Her staff were 1000x more professional and knowledgeable in deescalation techniques than she was, as a brunch manager. We are closing our accounts and giving business to another bank. Meanwhile, still waiting for that call from the Regional Supervisor, Kenan, that had never came. To be spiteful, I will calculate the NPV on the money Santander lost from our account and update this review in 10 years.
