        I've been calling the bank for over an hour and no one has picked up. I only have a question that could be answered from the telephone I don't have a car and shouldn't have to take a bus all the way to the bank to ask a question when it could have been answered over the phone it's ridiculous either find better employees or just shut it down all together!
