    Do NOT go here. We bought a car here and the guy was extremely rude, abrasive and wouldn't budge on the price even after we showed him that he misrepresented the vehicle and there so many problems with it. About a few days later when we went to get the car inspected we realized the horn wasn't working so after calling him a million times he finally let us bring it in to fix it. He said he would do the inspection there , so he did but then tried to charge us 50 dollars for it. Which we obviously didn't pay. But in TOP of that the horn stopped working again so he didn't even fix it! This is ongoing but do NOT ever go here. I plan on reporting him to BBB.

    [Read to the end for the conclusion] I'm not yet satisfied with my latest experience, but I'll explain why I give it five stars. First of all, I mean no disrespect to Alex R. who has every right to be upset - I hope it's been resolved by now. I decided to add this review because Levi's has just one review with the lowest grade, and I felt compelled to add my 2 cents. I want to NAME NAMES so we're all clear on who gets props. Danny is an exterior body repair guy who was referred by someone at my church who works at Monro Auto Service. Danny seems to work next door to Levi's but he always uses Levi's as his address, so they may be under the same ownership. Danny has saved me so much money in repairs that I lost count. He charges much less than any competitive offer I've received. I'm indebted to him because he did some magic fixing up a leased Honda Odyssey that had been through 4 (four) incidents, including a massive U-Haul truck collision. He fixed it all for $1200, and got it looking good enough so I wasn't charged any penalty by Honda Financial Services at lease termination. The work was NOT official Honda dealer level by any stretch of the imagination. You get passable quality for a dirt cheap price. Now, my most recent experience has been with Danny working along with Francisco, who is definitely at Levi's. I brought in a Mini Cooper that had a front end collision which ruined the engine. They worked with me step by step to replace the engine, compressor, radiator, lights, hood, etc. and get the front end of the Mini looking decent. The car runs just fine, but there are some electrical issues lingering, such as a lack of heat and no sound from the right side speakers. After just speaking with Francisco to bring in the Cooper for these followup repairs, I looked up their address online and found the negative Yelp review and that's why I'm putting in this now. In conclusion, Danny is great. Francisco seems pretty good also, but I'll put in my final thoughts after he fixes the lingering problems. But for both these men, I don't sense any integrity or attitude issues. They're nice guys and seem genuinely interested in making things right. Danny's history speaks for itself. My final grade on Francisco will be out soon, but so far, he's at least a B.[Now I can finish the review]I left this review in my drafts for 6 months. I have been using the Mini Cooper and it drives well. There are plenty of nits to pick - the color of the new front panel is a slightly different shade of red, it doesn't fit tight with the rest of the body, the battery cover wasn't replaced, etc. But I got the whole job done for cheap, which is critical because several other auto-body shops said it wasn't worth fixing and to salvage it (sell it to a junkyard that would sell off its parts). But this Mini was my mom's late-in-life splurge, which she bought used when she was still on this side of heaven. She bequeathed it to her first grandchild, so I sought out any way to fix it up rather than send it to such a shameful end. Francisco at Levi's was able to just that. My dad even says it drives just as well as ever. So, for the memory of my mom alone, I have to give 5 stars.
