        Stay away from this Bank PLEASE STAY AWAY!! there are so many positive alternitives. You may be ok with them today. Some day you'll wake up and get false accusations. Then because of what i'm doing now, Complaining, They"ll take access to your social security income. Especially when its all you have. While they investigate you over nothing. Giving you no end date. I beg you all please!! if you have eldery parents or you Have ssi income direct deposited. Please find an alternate. I will prove all i'm accusing capital one of. Just ask i will prove it. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

        I went to make a simple withdrawal and the ATM froze halfway through the process. The machine refused to dispense cash and would not relinquish my debit card. The staff on-site couldn't do anything to help. While on the phone with my bank starting the process of cancelling my card and getting a new one, the ATM finally decided to dispense the cash, a good 15 minutes after I initiated the transaction. Would not recommend.
