        Horrible horrible service. I made an appointment at this bank for 11am and took off a morning of work to be there at that time. After arriving at the bank at the time of my appointment and sitting in the lobby, I was informed that no one could see me at the time of my *pre-scheduled* appointment and that I would have to wait extensive time to see a clerk. When I said that I had an appointment, they said that didnt matter because they were short staffed. So I wasted a morning of a long commute to this bank and a morning off of work just to be turned away. So frustrating and disappointing.
