        Fleurs To You is a vendor who works with The Kensington to bring creative experiences to the residents. We work directly with Morgan K who is fantastic. As our point of contact she is always helpful and professional, but more importantly from our perspective, she genuinely interacts and engages with the residents at all of our events. She is always looking at "what more can we do" in terms of bringing fun for the residents. The whole staff here are have been excellent with each of our interactions.

        This place has gotten its top reputation based on its service and amenities. Things there are mostly good, though they just changed one of the amenities that I moved to this building for, and the response I got from management is this is a courtesy amenity and we have the ability to adjust these offerings at any time with appropriate notice. That, to me, is not the same level of service and amenities that this place is known for. And it makes me worried about what other things theyll arbitrarily change on me (or you) going forward. It seems their reputation from being a top service building may be changing.

        Excellent team dedicated to making you feel welcomed to the Kensington. Upon requesting a tour, I got a swift email reply with all the information I could ask for when looking for an apartment. Specifically, Vanessa Soeur-Mau gave us an in-person tour. She was both professional and easy to talk to while demonstrating utmost care to match us with the best options (layout, price point, move in date) for what we were looking for. She answered all our questions and has already followed up so we know what next steps are. 10/10 positive first impressions for what I would love to call my next home!

        The Kensington is a wonderful place to live. Their maintenence, staff, and leasing office all do their absolute best to make you feel at home. Olivia, one of the leasing managers, personally took care of all of our leasing needs. She was a joy to work with and always responded quickly and effectively to our questions throughout the entire moving process. Olivia truly went above and beyond to take care of us. The Kensington is lucky to have such a great team and we are happy to call this place home!

      I am sorry you feel this way. As we mentioned in our direct communication with you, the policy change for watching residents cats was adjusted due to the well-being of the animal and capacity of our team. We love the animals in this building and only want the best for them!
