Delayed for almost 3 hours plus the hours you need to wait in the airport

Absolutely awful. Was supposed to leave around 4:30 pm so I arrived earlier to check in. They delayed the flight even longer than they said it would be and when we boarded the plane they made us sit and wait on it for over an hr and the young children and babies became impatient (along with many adults,) and started screaming. When I asked the flight attendant up front if there was a cause for concern for the extremely long delay, along with a lack of updates, she had a defensive attitude and was very rude. I will now be getting home past midnight when I originally booked this flight to come home with enough time to settle back in And get enough sleep before having to get up really early for work. I high recommend not flying with Jet Blue.

Horrible airline. Not accomodating in anyway. Apparently their contract gives them the ability to treat their customers like trash. Never flying jetblue again.

Horrible airline. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I completed all necessary forms to travel with my service animal, but someone didn't code it right. They made me pay, put my dog in a carrier on the floor that I had to buy from them, and still went out of their way to be mean. Had me in tears, which makes my condition worse. Took me days to recover. I've never had any problems with ADA issues on American or Southwestern and have flown with him in my lap for over 12 years. Now I know why it was so much cheaper. I'll go in debt before flying with Jet Blue again and suggest you do the same.

If you want to be discriminated against, feel enraged, spoken rudely to, verbally threatened and overall treated like a child, then look no further, JetBlue at Logan Airport is your go-to airline.
