Terrible and extremely unprofessional. A service which should Have taken 3 months took over six months and I have little to no contact with the person interviewingme or the director. After multiple calls trying to speak with the director, I was eventually lect In the cold as they stopped returning my phone calls. If you need a public service, take thetime to go to the next closest place which is in Worcester. don't waste your time or your money on these people. Money hungry and selfish.

Truly a terrible company to do business with! I've been attempting to retrieve my records to be able to get my license back for weeks now. When someone actually manages to answer the phone they assure me that they will retrieve my records and have them emailed within 2 or 3 business days, once I realize I haven't received any email I call to follow up and they have no idea what I'm talking about. This past week I have made numerous calls during regular business hours and not once has the phone been answered or any sort of communication, you can't even leave a message because the mail box is full. This was the only "treatment center" presented to my by my probation officer, but if you have the choice I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I cannot stress enough how infuriating and horrible of an experience it was to be a client of Boston ASAP.Worst experience with an agency I've ever had. A 3 session evaluation took 4 months, solely because of their incompetence. I got cancelled on an hour before on the day of my appointment on 2 different occasions because they apparently couldn't remember the necessary steps in conducting their evaluations. Both times, it took 2-3 weeks of calling their office trying to reschedule to get a new session date. They will never call you back, they will jerk you around because they can and because you have no power in the situation.I was told that my evaluation (required by the rmv for a dui) was going to be positive, as my councilor indicated that she found me to be low risk. After being told my eval was done (4 months later), they would not send it to me. I again had to call over and over to get my results. I finally got ahold of someone and THEN they tell me the director wants to ask me some questions, so we set up a call. He conducts an entirely new evaluation of me, without warning, and changes what my councilor wrote to imply that I lied during my eval.  Someone from my household had to physically drive into Boston and ask for the eval, because they would not respond via phone or email to me. They handed him my eval, no envelope or anything, blatantly exhibiting my private and sensitive information. Giving SOMEONE ELSE my evaluation is NOT HIPAA COMPLIANT.The RMV rejected my reinstatement because of this evaluation in which the Boston ASAP director (who knew nothing about me, never spoke or interacted with me until the very last day I was a client there) made assumptions about me.The only positive was Christina, the employee who worked with me on the original eval. She was a pleasure to work with, professional, responsive, and a genuine person who wanted to help others. Other than that, completely unprofessional. I'm just happy that I can write this review, and hopefully prevent someone who truly needs substance abuse help from seeking it from these people.
