We bought this sectional in 2018 thinking we were purchasing "good" quality furniture. It has not been used much, but the problem has nothing to with usage. The sectional was not made well and the fabric is puckering on the backs and along the top of the sofa back. Sofas should last 7 - 10 years or longer if they are "good" quality. I'm now going to donate to charity a $4,300 piece of not-well built furniture and buy something to replace it. C&B's furniture looks great in the showroom, but is not built to last to last.

Nice shop! Smaller than other locations but staff was very helpful. The smaller footprint made it easier to find what we were looking for. Thanks!

I dont know what it is with the c&b but the customer service stinks. The associates are rude and condescending. I went to this location yesterday and had an interaction with an associate who spoke impolitely to me during a transaction, but thought it could just be a one-off. I unexpectedly ended up stopping by again today and was faced with a different associate who was also rude and unfriendly. I will not be going to this location again.
