I have to say, Fernanda was flat out entertaining, the ultimate professional and such a sweet person. She was on time to pick me and my girlfriend up for the Celtics vs Nets which the Celtics won might I add. Anyhow I recommend her to anyone looking to be shuttled by someone who's the nicest person. Great experience and great ride.

All I can say is Amazing! Our uber cancelled at 4:15 am...I called Planet Coach, Fernanda was at my house in 15 minutes!!! She got us to the airport right on time! Pickup from Logan after a week away went perfectly! Fern is so pleasant! Highly recommend! She is our new car service!!!

Fern from Planet Coach is very efficient and professional as a car service driver. It was a late night pick up at my home then to Logan Airport to pick up my niece and back to Bedford. Fern was on time for this late night pick up which was very important. She was very accommodating with my requests and texted with the pick up details. Her vehicle was new with all the new safety features. Fern’s enthusiastic personality made the trip to the airport very enjoyable. I plan to use Fern and this car service again to Boston Logan Airport.. I was very pleased with Fern’s customer service.
