One word... AWESOME! Boiler had a leaky overflow valve, but had it under control. Not only did Joe call back within the hour on a Sunday, but was at the house Monday morning before 10AM, just like he said he would. A few little parts and before noon he was getting the air out of the system. I had called 9 plumbers yesterday. I left messages at all. I heard back from one other yesterday who was supposed to call me back this morning.  I haven't heard from any of the eight. Don't waste your time... just call Joe! You'll be glad you did.

Very responsive, very detailed, and very helpful.  Joe did a great job when we refreshed our kitchen.  He inspected our plumbing and showed us some things that needed to be addressed as well.  Would highly recommend.

Wow, I just met Joe.  He came by my house after hours to take a look at my bathroom's drainage problem.  He diagnosed it visually and said the job was in the main pipe and he recommended another plumber that specializes in clearing clogs from main pipes.  He took the time to write out everything I should tell the plumber and also gave me some advise on how to check their work before they reassembled everything. I was impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was.  And he did not charge me for this 30 minute visit either.  We have some other pumping issues so I will definitely be calling Joe back once I get the immediate problem fixed.  I can see why Joe gets lots of great reviews!

Joe was extremely responsive and flexible in scheduling. He was able to give us the best price around and came in the middle of a snowstorm to fix our shower leak. He was very  friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

My kitchen sink and bathroom sink were backing up, and try as I might to get a human being to answer their phone for plumbing service, I got no one. Until I called J & A! Joe answered right away and was able to fit me in same day. I had a particularly annoying pipe set up from my kitchen to bathroom (slab foundation), but he kept at it until the pipes were clear. Awesome service, really nice guy, and we'll be contacting them for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
