Mancini Heating & Cooling

Mr Mancini came out to do routine service on my central air system A few days later went to turn it on and it wasn't working Called to get an appointment for repair and did not receive a call back. I called again, one week later and again received no call back. Very disappointed. I went with another service that came out the next day. I do not recommend Mancini Heating and Cooling Terrible service. Service: A/C system maintenance

I am their customer and also a Master License Electrician for 15 years. I have been in the construction industry for a long time but I have never have to deal with situation like this. I have to leave this review so there wont be the next victims. Please DON'T use this company at any cost!!! They are so un-professional, dishonor and take no responsibility at their job whatsoever. The cost of the job is $17,000 but the result is unbelievable. Here is the situation: We have central air system at the commercial building at Arlington MA. Our Heating still works but wasn't warm enough (our cooling was working so well at the moment). They came to replace an Air Handler/ Boiler and cleaned up the vent. I don't know why they have to replace the unit because the heating and cooling was still work. It just seem like the venting is dirty so didn't have enough airflow. But anyway, the unit was old and weak so... I took their words for it. They had to disconnect the copper pipes connect to the RTU(Condenser) to be able to replace the new Air handler/ Boiler. They left the uncap pipes( some liquid was leaking out the whole times) for 4 months and wasn't attempt to connected it still we called. After 5 attempts to come back and couldn't fix it, they gave up and tell us that we are on our own and walk away from the job. We called them back and the owner of the company said he wont ever come back again and feel free to complain with whoever. And yes, as your wish Owner, we are filing a complain to the Division of Professional Licensure against this company now. We will update the result. If you see them, don't walk away. Please RUN away!!! Thanks for reading and don't be their next victims. Appreciate your time.
