If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, genuine, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and above all else - passionate about what she does, dont look any further. Diantha took so much time guiding our family of four through all of the steps as we went after our dream house recently and we could not be more grateful to her. Not only did she make my husband and I feel completely comfortable and informed of everything, she then went out of her way to involve both of our young children in the process and made sure everyone was always happy. She is an absolute gem and I could go on for paragraphs about her kindness and professionalism! One of the things that set Diantha apart was her unbelievable references for different contractors and professionals along the way that she had all pre-vetted. Every single person she forwarded to us ended up being exactly what we needed to the point where we felt like we had nothing left to worry about. Her responsiveness to your questions was incredible as well and she was always available to help with absolutely anything we could think of from moving logistics to helping us figure out how to turn off the outside water to our new house well after we had signed all the closing documents.
