        Gary saved the day for me by finding a rare part to help fix a leak. He was extremely helpful and professional and I will come back here whenever I have a tough plumbing problem. Thanks Salem Plumbing!

        This review is probably a little unconventional however, I came here in a mini panic involving my bathroom sink and I needed some ASAP plumbing advice and I wasn't sure where else to turn. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and I explained to her my situation. She called for one of their plumbers to come and assist me. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was so incredibly helpful. I explained the situation, showed him pictures and he explained to me how to fix the issue (and even helped me pull up a you tube video with step by step instructions so when I went to fix the issue I could review it). It was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. If I ever need a part or any remodeling done in the future, I'm going to go to them.
